Sidney O. Jones, CCIM, is a State of Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker with over 23 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. He attained the coveted Certified Commercial Investment Member (“CCIM”) designation in 1996 – a rare achievement accomplished by less than five (5%) percent of commercial brokerage practitioners nationwide.

Sidney graduated from The University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management and Finance. He sits on the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce’s Military Issues Committee and is a member of The Northeast Florida Builders Association as well as Past President of the Professional Businessmen’s Association (“PBA”). Sid also sits on the Advisory Board for Operation Homefront, a non-profit associated with the Wounded Warrior Project.

Sidney is responsible for the sale and lease of over 1,000,000 square feet of investment and commercial properties exceeding $100,000,000.00 in transaction volume.
